Worldwide Maintenance Support Network
Mission Control is currently operating at most airline hubs around the world. Each maintenance location is staffed with professionally licensed, well-trained, experienced service technicians. Our global operations are managed regionally and managed centrally at Lake Forest, California.
Dedicated Maintenance Specialist
Our Maintenance Service Representatives (MSR) are experts in both analog and digital electronic systems and are fully trained on IFE systems. Each MSR holds the appropriate certifications for each airline they service, as well as their individual regulatory airworthiness certifications. They have completed extensive classroom instruction on Panasonic Avionics Corporation IFE systems, specific systems' configurations and aircraft logbook administration for the airlines they support. In addition, they undergo formalized on-the-job training in the field.

Our Mission Control Center is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Support Specialists are equipped to handle a wide variety of situations in real-time. From in-flight operational problems to IFE system-related AOG situations, the Mission Control Center is your immediate link to the vast resources at Panasonic.
Direct Contact – On The Ground and In the Air
*Panasonic Avionics Corporation enables the cabin crew personnel of a Panasonic Avionics Corporation-capable aircraft to contact the Mission Control Center's Technical Support team directly from the aircraft for assistance in resolving an in-flight IFE problem.

A global network of repair shops provides full-service IFE repair services with express turnaround times.
