  • Delivering information resources about training, repair, spare, technical publications and other Panasonic Avionics Corporation IFE issues.

  • Handling in-service IFE issues quickly and professionally, allowing airline engineering and maintenance personnel to focus on other duties.

  • Providing updates to the status of IFE issues as often as the airline requests.

  • Providing technical consultation relating to the repair of our equipment to airline-operated IFE repair facilities.

  • Assisting airline engineering and maintenance crews undergoing installation of our IFE systems to ensure correct installation, technical advice and power up testing and operational checkouts.
