| Margis Named President of Panasonic Avionics Corporation |

Seattle, WA - Panasonic Avionics Corporation announces that Mr. Paul Margis will become President of the company effective April 1, 2005.
Mr. Margis, currently Senior Vice President of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, has been the key leader of the MAS technical team since joining the company in 1992 and a major contributor to the excellent products that have propelled the company's unparalleled growth. Mr. Margis succeeds Mr. Takashi Mizuma who has been President since 1999. Mr. Mizuma, who led the company through its most successful growth period, will continue as Director Panasonic Avionics Group where he will continue to oversee the Avionics business unit. In the future Mr. Mizuma will focus his particular skills on strategic quality and growth initiatives which will ensure the company experiences the same outstanding growth in the future. Mr. Mizuma also recently announced that effective April 1, 2005 Matsushita Avionics Systems Corporation would change its' name to Panasonic Avionics Corporation.
