| Matsushita Avionics Systems Corporation and Inflight Canada Inc. Announce Joint Installation Projects |

WAEA - Anaheim, California, USA – Matsushita Avionics Systems Corporation (MAS) and Inflight Canada Inc. announced today at the annual WAEA Conference and Exhibition that they are partnering to complete installation on American Airlines of new overhead projectors. The work will be performed in London, England.
MAS has also signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with Inflight Canada to perform engineering and certification services for Northwest Airlines 747-200s, DC10-30s, and 757s. The program includes the installation of MAS’ industry-leading PVSCU overhead video control unit, LCD projectors and monitors. A key element of this work by Inflight Canada will entail changing the IFE system wiring on the 747-200s and DC10-30s.
Barry Lloyd, Marketing Director for MAS, was quoted as saying, "Inflight Canada is an acknowledged industry leader in cabin system installation and maintenance. We are pleased to be able to offer Inflight Canada’s expert services to these important MAS customers." |
