Our Electrical and Mechanical Engineers are available on site to ensure that the first installation goes smoothly. We work directly with customer engineers, aircraft mechanics, and any other support personnel that require technical advice. On or off site, our experienced team will fully support any airline customer with real-time solutions to any issues encountered during new or retrofit aircraft installations.

 
  • Engineering Services –
    Electrical, Mechanical and Seat Engineers design the interconnectivity and installation of the various Line Replacement Units (LRUs) and other components into the customer aircraft to enable the system to function as the customer intends.

  • Deep Knowledge base –
    The professionalism and experience of our stable in-house staff of engineers is critical in designing superior, custom system installations for any type of commercial aircraft.

  • Wiring Kits –
    contain all of the cable assemblies required to hookup the configured system, including cabin and under cabin wiring that connects the LRUs to each other and to the aircraft interfaces.

  • Installation Kits –
    contain all of the hardware required to install or mount the system components into the aircraft, such as trays, brackets, clips, clamps, etc.

  • Seat Wiring –
    consist of harness assemblies that connect all of the LRUs contained within each passenger seat and connect from seat row to seat row.
