Panasonic Avionics Corporation Operations in Toulouse began in July 1993 with a single field engineer working in collaboration with Airbus. In 2001, Panasonic Avionics Corporation completed construction of a new building in the Aeronautical Area near Airbus France.

This centre provides technical support and assistance to Airbus. This Toulouse location was chosen because of its strategic positioning next to the Airbus factory.
